Hi! I’m Fawn, I am the owner of SBHC and of Fawntastic Living LLC. I love what I am doing, I hope to become a decent business woman and I acknowledge that I couldn’t do any of this without my wonderful cleaners! They are independent contractors, IU students, and professional cleaners. They help me make sure that the spaces are ready and spotless! I love being able to let my crew know how happy they make our guests with a high quality clean.

We try to do our BEST, but we are all only human, so if there is ever any issue, please let me know right away! And if you are feeling generous, I am setting up a system to give credit where credit is due. You will be able to tip your cleaner while staying in any of my lovely spaces. I am a dreamer, an artist, bringing a creative force, a different way to look at the world, to our management style. I grew up in Bloomington but have lived in a few other places, but eventually, returning home. Bloomington is truly unique and the absolute best.

I attended Indiana University, late in life, graduating with an Elementary Education degree. I taught for seven years at BHSS. Learning with and being a part of my students lives was the best part of teaching, but it was time to start a new chapter in my life.

I began my own cleaning business and, serendipitously, connected with Margie.

We share the same core values when it comes to being a great host. We believe that we can make the world a better place by being better ourselves. By paying attention to the little details, it makes a BIG difference in our properties. We want to treat others with kindness and respect, to create a positive nontoxic work environment that lifts us all up to a higher standard.

You may find me at one of our properties making them as perfect as possible. I can also be found in the middle of several art projects, sewing, loving on my smelly animals, and picking on my AMAZING kids.
