This Fantastic 1920s updated farm house is nothing shy of amazing. It sits on 6 acres of land consisting of an old barn, pasture land, a spring cellar, outhouse, a small creek (fun for kids to frog hunt) and a brick charcoal grill.
Just outside of Bloomington’s city limits, it offers a perfect location. Close to Lake Monroe with plenty of space to park a boat, it’s great for a home base. It’s also easy to jump onto the highway or back streets and make it into town in 15 minutes. The IU stadium is only about a 20 minute drive away as well!
The farm is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. The main bedroom offers a large room with high ceilings and a king bed. Bedroom 2 is cozier with a full size bed and access to the back yard area. The 3rd bedroom sits on the opposite side of the house closer to the bathroom and has a twin trundle bed. perfect for the kiddos to call their own and far enough away that the parents might actually sleep undisturbed.
There is a wonderful large kitchen with a great wood block island for food prep and an expansive dining table that could seat more than 6 comfortably. There is more than enough space inside and out to stretch out.
